                           I'm very sorry, but we have found it necessary to suspend                          publication  of our price guide.

We made several attempts to resume publication after my illness,
but many factors have currently decided against presently continuing.

 They are:

1. Lack of sufficient interest in our guide.
2. Insufficient information from dealers to establish values.
3. Increased production and mailing costs.
4. Inability to establish accurate pricing resulting from the
    "dumping" of limited edition diecasts by Ertl.
5. Recurring health problems.
6. Loss of our dear sister who was an invaluable and irreplaceable    member of our publishing team as our phone answering person.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the many
collectors and dealers who have supported us through our many
years of production.

We deeply regret the need to cease production of our guide.
